All of our guided bike tours start from our convenient location near Dam Square, which is also where you can pick up rentals. You’ll find us at Nieuwzijds Voorburgwal 101, Amsterdam.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as tours often sell out. You can try showing up at the starting location, but we advise arriving at least 15 minutes early.

Yes, we offer children’s bikes and smaller-sized bikes. Public tours are for ages 12 and up, but private family tours are available for younger children.

Helmets are not mandatory in the Netherlands, but we offer helmets in various sizes if you’d like to use one.

Yes, but be aware that our guides are trained to repair our bikes, so any issues with your bike may leave you on your own.

We cap our tours at 15 participants per guide to ensure a quality experience. For private tours, larger groups can be accommodated, but local regulations apply in the City Center.

Yes, a minimum of 4 participants is required for a scheduled bike tour to proceed.

Our City tour takes you through Amsterdam’s vibrant streets, while the Countryside tour offers a relaxed ride outside the city, on scenic bike paths through green landscapes.

On the 3-hour tours we do make stops for snacks and drinks, just not designated lunch stops. But feel free to bring your own food or snacks to enjoy along the way, on any tour we offer.

Public tours are for ages 12 and older due to the physical requirements and situational awareness needed in Amsterdam’s traffic. Private tours can be customized for younger children.

Babies are not permitted on public tours, but you can arrange a private tour with a bike seat for babies or small children.

Bike Rentals

Our bike rentals start and end at our convenient shop near Dam Square, making it easy to explore the city. You can pick up and return your rental at Nieuwzijds Voorburgwal 101, Amsterdam.

Yes, a refundable deposit of €50 per bike is required. It will be refunded when the bike is returned in good condition.

Helmets are available (optional), and every bike comes with two sturdy locks for added security.

Yes, insurance is available from €2.50 per bike, covering theft and damage.

With insurance, you’ll pay €50 if the bike keys and a police report are provided.

Without insurance, or if you cannot provide both keys or the police report, you’ll be responsible for paying the full value of the bike, which is €650.

You can return your rental bike during our shop hours. Our shop at Nieuwzijds Voorburgwal 101, Amsterdam is open from 9:30 AM to 19:00 PM daily.
