Our story begins with Lodewijk, born and raised in Amsterdam. Eight years ago, he began his journey as a captain and tour guide, sharing his love for the city’s marvellous canals. Starting as one of the first captains of Flagship Amsterdam, he grew with the company as it expanded, later stepping into the role of operations manager and eventually becoming head of operations. Over the years, Flagship Amsterdam transformed from a small fleet of just 3 boats to an impressive 58 by the time Lodewijk left to pursue his dream.

Now, as an official partner, he is fulfilling his dream of building a business that brings joy to people while sharing the beauty and culture of Amsterdam with the world! We are proud to be the sister company of Flagship Amsterdam, one of the city’s largest and most renowned boat companies. And just as Flagship Amsterdam creates unforgettable experiences on the canals, we bring that same passion and personal connection to Amsterdam’s streets.
